You’re not short of enquiries. You’re short of booked appointments.
Established beauty and aesthetics clinics come to us when their ads bring messages but not a full calendar. We take responsibility for turning paid enquiries into booked appointments, and agree a minimum number with you in writing before you start.

Does this sound familiar?
- •
Your ad budget buys messages, not appointments.
- •
You answer enquiries between treatments, and most of them still go nowhere.
- •
One month is full, the next has gaps you can’t explain.
- •
Nobody can tell you what a booked appointment actually costs you.
- •
Your last agency reported clicks and leads. Your calendar didn’t notice.
None of this is fixed by spending more on ads. It is fixed by someone being accountable for the appointment.
What a good month looks like
A calendar full of the treatments you want to sell
Not bargain hunters for your cheapest service. New clients for the treatments that carry your margin.
Months you can plan around
A steady flow instead of feast and famine, so you can plan staff, stock and your own time.
Your evenings back
You treat patients. Getting them into the calendar is our job, not yours.
Numbers you can trust
What you spend, what it brings and what each booked appointment costs you. No vanity metrics.

Real numbers from real campaigns
First, on our own money

Before we offered this to anyone, we tested it in our own beauty salons: 277 verified appointment requests at €7.97 average, from four of our campaigns, with our own money.
Then, for clinics paying us
A selection of our campaigns, August 2026, read straight from the ad accounts. What a clinic pays per enquiry is sensitive, so we only name one with their permission.
What these numbers are, and what they are not
Every figure above is an appointment request: a real person who saw the ad and asked to book. It is not a booked, attended or paid appointment, and we will not report it as one.
Turning those requests into booked appointments is what we are accountable for. That is why established clinics get a number of booked appointments in writing, not a number of clicks or leads.
A number in writing, not a hope
Before you start, we agree what your first 90 days should bring, based on your treatments, your advertising budget and what your calendar can hold. For established clinics, open a year or more with good reviews, that number is a guarantee: a minimum of booked appointments.
If we miss it, our management fee stops until we reach it, and your campaigns keep running.
You keep your ad account, your client data and every booking. Clinics open less than a year start with a written target range and move to the guarantee once the track record is there. You hear your exact number on the call, with the arithmetic behind it.
Agreements run for 3, 6 or 12 months. Your number and price are in the written proposal you receive after the call.
Two reasons we’d turn you down
You have no room for them. A good month looks different for a clinic doing €3,000 procedures and a salon doing €90 facials. We start by asking what your calendar can genuinely hold.
You’re not ready to invest in advertising. The ad budget goes to Meta, not to us. Below a certain monthly spend the numbers don’t work for either of us, and we’ll be specific about that on the call.
And one that isn’t about you: we work with one clinic per treatment in each region. If your treatment is already taken in your area, or your region isn’t one we serve, we’ll tell you straight away.

Common questions
How is this different from a regular marketing agency?
Most agencies are paid for clicks or leads. We take responsibility for booked appointments and put a minimum in writing before you start.
I’ve worked with an agency before and it didn’t go well.
That is common, and usually because nobody owned what happened after the lead. Bring your numbers to the call and we will show you where it broke down.
I’m already fully booked.
Then you don’t need more enquiries. You need higher-value treatments and fewer empty slots. That is a different conversation and we’re happy to have it.
What counts as a booked appointment?
A real person in your area who came from your ads, chose a treatment and has a confirmed time in your calendar. Not a click, not a follower, not a name on a list. Our published results count appointment requests, the step before that. Our guarantee counts booked appointments.
What does it cost?
It depends on your clinic, your treatments and your number of locations. After the call you get a written proposal with your price, your term and your guaranteed number.
What ad budget do I need?
At least €500 a month for each treatment and location, paid directly to Meta, never to us. Below that we can’t put a number in writing we can stand behind, so we’ll tell you honestly.
How fast does it start?
Live within 14 days of receiving access and materials.
Thirty minutes. You’ll leave with a number.
In a 30-minute Calendar Audit we look at your treatment value, advertising budget, location and the room in your calendar. If the model doesn’t fit, we say so. If it does, you see the number of booked appointments we would commit to, and how we got there.
