Our lowest cost per request came from brows.
Below is the actual Meta Ads Manager screenshot from a brow studio campaign, not a projection.

Typically 25–45, and unusually decisive. Brows are a visible, everyday frustration rather than an aspirational purchase, so the consideration window is short. She is often coming off years of pencil and gel and has usually already followed two or three local artists on Instagram before she enquires. She is choosing an artist, not a clinic.
The objection that costs you the booking: "what if I hate them?"
This is semi-permanent work on the most visible part of someone's face, and the internet is full of botched-brow horror stories. She is not weighing the price against another studio. She is weighing the risk of walking around for eighteen months with something she regrets. Portfolio depth beats every other argument here: healed results, varied face shapes, varied skin tones. Not the day-of photos, which everyone posts and nobody trusts.
Modest ticket, but the retouch is where it works.
The initial appointment is a mid-range sale, and it comes with a mandatory retouch six to eight weeks later plus a colour boost every twelve to eighteen months. The genuine value, though, is referral: brows are the one treatment where people are asked directly, in person, who did them. A satisfied microblading client is a recurring introduction machine in a way a laser client simply is not.
This audience burns out faster than any other we run.
The local audience for brows in any given city is finite and highly overlapping, so the same creative shown to the same people stops converting faster here than in almost any other treatment. That is a planning issue, not a results issue: it means brow campaigns need fresh creative on a shorter cycle than laser or injectables campaigns, and we build that refresh into how we run them rather than waiting for performance to drop.
Steady year-round with lifts before summer holidays and December. Less weather-dependent than most treatments, since there is no recovery period that sunlight interferes with.
What these numbers are, and what they are not
Every figure above is an appointment request: a real person who saw the ad, filled in the form, and confirmed what they wanted. It is not a booked, attended, paid appointment, and we don't report it as one. Closing the gap between enquiry and chair is what we are hired to do, which is why established clients get a number of booked appointments in writing, not a number of clicks or leads.
A number in writing, not a hope
Before you start, we agree what your first 90 days should bring, based on your treatments, your advertising budget and what your calendar can hold. For established clinics, open a year or more with good reviews, that number is a guarantee: a minimum of booked appointments. If we miss it, our management fee stops until we reach it, and everything keeps running. You keep your ad account, your client data and every booking. Clinics open less than a year get a written target range and a three-month start, and move to the guarantee once the track record is there. You will hear your exact number on the call, with the arithmetic behind it.
Questions clinics ask about this treatment
Why is the cost per request so low for this treatment?
Brows are visually simple to advertise and the decision cycle is short, which keeps the ad auction efficient. The trade-off is that the audience in any one city is finite, so creative needs refreshing more often than for other treatments to keep that cost low.
What number should I expect for my studio?
We agree a minimum number of booked appointments before you start, measured across your first 90 days rather than a single best week.
Do I need a big portfolio to start?
You need healed results, not volume. Ten honest healed sets across different face shapes will outperform fifty glossy day-of photos, because healed work is the thing she is actually trying to assess.

Thirty minutes. You'll leave with a number.
We work out what an enquiry currently costs you, how many you're losing to slow replies, and what that's worth over a year. You get that written up whether or not we work together.
