Treatment campaign · Anti-Wrinkle & Fillers

Injectables are sold on trust, not on price.

The highest-value repeat treatment in aesthetics, and the one where the wrong advertising approach does the most damage to your reputation.

Where we would start

Most injectables clinics do not have an enquiry problem. They have a filtering problem: a steady trickle of people asking "how much for lips?" and disappearing when they hear the answer, mixed with a small number of serious patients who would happily pay more for the right practitioner. The work here is separating those two before either reaches your chair. Qualifying on outcome and practitioner fit rather than price, so the conversations you actually have are with people who intend to stay. We agree the minimum number of booked appointments for your clinic before you start, and it carries the same written guarantee as every other campaign we run.

Who actually enquires

Typically 30–55, often already a client of another clinic, and switching for a specific reason. A result she was unhappy with, a practitioner who left, or a move. This is rarely a first-time buyer discovering the category. She knows what she wants and she is evaluating you, not the treatment.

The objection

The objection that costs you the booking: "will I look overdone?"

Nobody says this out loud in an enquiry form, and it is the deciding factor almost every time. The fear is not of the needle. It is of walking out looking obviously treated, and of being judged for it. Clinics that answer this well lead with restraint and with the practitioner's credentials, not with volume discounts. Every price-led injectables ad we have seen actively deepens this fear, because cheapness and a natural result are not associated in her mind.

The economics

The best lifetime value in the category.

Anti-wrinkle treatment repeats roughly every three to four months and fillers every six to twelve, indefinitely, for as long as she trusts the practitioner. A single retained injectables client is worth more over three years than almost any other beauty client you will acquire. This changes what you can rationally pay to acquire her, and it means the correct advertising objective is trust, not immediate conversion.

What makes this one different

Meta restricts how you can advertise this. It matters.

Cosmetic injectable advertising sits inside Meta's restricted categories, and the practical consequences are real: certain before-and-after formats get rejected, close-up imagery of injection sites is unreliable, and accounts that repeatedly breach policy face restrictions that are slow and painful to reverse. Running injectables campaigns is meaningfully more constrained than running microneedling campaigns, and clinics that treat them identically tend to discover this the hard way. Rules also differ by market. The UK in particular is stricter than the Netherlands.

When demand arrives

Steadier than most treatments, with pronounced peaks before Christmas and before wedding season. Existing clients rebook on their own biological schedule rather than a calendar one.

What these numbers are, and what they are not

Every figure above is an appointment request: a real person who saw the ad, filled in the form, and confirmed what they wanted. It is not a booked, attended, paid appointment, and we don't report it as one. Closing the gap between enquiry and chair is what we are hired to do, which is why established clients get a number of booked appointments in writing, not a number of clicks or leads.

A number in writing, not a hope

Before you start, we agree what your first 90 days should bring, based on your treatments, your advertising budget and what your calendar can hold. For established clinics, open a year or more with good reviews, that number is a guarantee: a minimum of booked appointments. If we miss it, our management fee stops until we reach it, and everything keeps running. You keep your ad account, your client data and every booking. Clinics open less than a year get a written target range and a three-month start, and move to the guarantee once the track record is there. You will hear your exact number on the call, with the arithmetic behind it.

Questions clinics ask about this treatment

Can you even advertise injectables on Meta?

Yes, within Meta's restricted-category rules, which constrain certain claims and imagery. We build campaigns inside those rules rather than testing how far they bend, because an account restriction costs far more than an underperforming week.

Do you have injectables results to show me?

We can show you the verified data from the treatments we have run, rather than reframe one as evidence for another. We agree a specific minimum for injectables before you commit, on the same written guarantee.

Should I advertise a price for a treatment area?

Generally no. Price-led injectables advertising attracts exactly the client who leaves for someone €30 cheaper, and it works against the natural-result positioning that retains people for years.

Other treatments we run campaigns for

These are examples, not the full list. If you offer a treatment that isn't here, ask us on the call.

Thirty minutes. You'll leave with a number.

We work out what an enquiry currently costs you, how many you're losing to slow replies, and what that's worth over a year. You get that written up whether or not we work together.
