Treatment campaign · HydraFacial
The first HydraFacial booking is not where the money is.
Low ticket, high frequency. Acquire her once and the economics work for years, but only if she comes back.

Broad, roughly 28–55, and split into two quite different groups: event-driven bookers with a wedding, holiday or photoshoot approaching, and maintenance bookers treating it as routine upkeep. They convert differently and are worth completely different amounts, which is why we do not advertise to them the same way.
The objection that costs you the booking: "why is this worth triple a normal facial?"
She is comparing your price against the facial at the salon down the road and cannot see, from an advertisement, what justifies the difference. This is a treatment where the mechanism actually is the selling point. The specific difference from a standard facial is the answer to her question, and it is one of the few places in beauty marketing where explaining what the treatment does is genuinely useful rather than self-indulgent.
It is a subscription that nobody calls a subscription.
A single treatment is a modest sale. A client treating it as monthly maintenance is worth well over a thousand euros a year and refers reliably. That means the entire commercial question for this treatment is whether the first visit converts into a rhythm, and clinics that market only for first visits, without a structured route into a package or membership, systematically under-earn on their best-fitting clients.
This is the treatment worth advertising to your existing list.
Because the repeat cycle is short and the ticket is low, reactivating past clients on this treatment is unusually efficient. Often better value than acquiring new ones. Most clinics have several hundred lapsed contacts sitting in a booking system that nobody has messaged in a year. On HydraFacial specifically, that list frequently outperforms cold traffic.
Reliable peaks before wedding season and December party season, plus a consistent monthly rhythm from maintenance clients that flattens the quiet weeks.
What these numbers are, and what they are not
Every figure above is an appointment request: a real person who saw the ad, filled in the form, and confirmed what they wanted. It is not a booked, attended, paid appointment, and we don't report it as one. Closing the gap between enquiry and chair is what we are hired to do, which is why established clients get a number of booked appointments in writing, not a number of clicks or leads.
A number in writing, not a hope
Before you start, we agree what your first 90 days should bring, based on your treatments, your advertising budget and what your calendar can hold. For established clinics, open a year or more with good reviews, that number is a guarantee: a minimum of booked appointments. If we miss it, our management fee stops until we reach it, and everything keeps running. You keep your ad account, your client data and every booking. Clinics open less than a year get a written target range and a three-month start, and move to the guarantee once the track record is there. You will hear your exact number on the call, with the arithmetic behind it.
Questions clinics ask about this treatment
Is a single-treatment offer a good idea?
Only if there is a defined route into a package or membership behind it. A discounted first facial with no follow-up structure buys you one visit at a loss.
Should I be advertising to my past clients instead?
On this treatment, very possibly. Short repeat cycles make reactivation efficient, and most clinics are sitting on a list they have never used, and it is usually cheaper than the €9.53 a cold request cost in the campaign above.
Why is the cost per request higher than your laser campaigns?
Because we qualified harder. HydraFacial attracts a lot of casual interest, and a cheap request that books once and never returns is worth very little on a treatment whose whole economics depend on repeat visits.

Thirty minutes. You'll leave with a number.
We work out what an enquiry currently costs you, how many you're losing to slow replies, and what that's worth over a year. You get that written up whether or not we work together.
