Typically 40–60, and further along than most beauty enquiries. She has usually already considered a surgical facelift and ruled it out. On cost, on recovery time, or because she does not want anyone to be able to tell. She is not asking whether to do something about it. She is asking what the least drastic option is that still works.
The objection that costs you the booking: "is it actually going to do anything?"
Non-surgical lifting sits in an awkward credibility gap. She has read that it works and also that it is a waste of money, usually in the same evening. Because results appear gradually over eight to twelve weeks rather than immediately, there is no dramatic before-and-after to settle it for her. Clinics that convert this treatment are specific about what it will and will not change, and honest that it is not a facelift. That honesty is what makes the rest believable.
High ticket, and it repeats annually.
A single course commonly runs several hundred pounds or euros, the campaign above was built around a £499 treatment, and results typically hold for twelve to eighteen months before a top-up. That combination is unusually good: a substantial first sale, then a predictable annual return, with none of the price-shopping that dogs lower-ticket treatments. At £9.13 per appointment request against a £499 treatment, the arithmetic barely needs explaining.
Your competitor is a surgeon and a cheap machine at the same time.
This buyer is comparing categories, not just clinics. Surgery on one side, discounted devices in a beauty room on the other. That means positioning matters more than reach. Campaigns that place you clearly between the two convert; campaigns that compete on price drag you toward the cheap-device end of the comparison, which is precisely where the sceptical reviews come from.
Autumn is strongest, because results take two to three months to develop and clients want them settled before Christmas. A second, smaller peak lands in early spring for the same reason ahead of summer.
What these numbers are, and what they are not
Every figure above is an appointment request: a real person who saw the ad, filled in the form, and confirmed what they wanted. It is not a booked, attended, paid appointment, and we don't report it as one. Closing the gap between enquiry and chair is what we are hired to do, which is why established clients get a number of booked appointments in writing, not a number of clicks or leads.
A number in writing, not a hope
Before you start, we agree what your first 90 days should bring, based on your treatments, your advertising budget and what your calendar can hold. For established clinics, open a year or more with good reviews, that number is a guarantee: a minimum of booked appointments. If we miss it, our management fee stops until we reach it, and everything keeps running. You keep your ad account, your client data and every booking. Clinics open less than a year get a written target range and a three-month start, and move to the guarantee once the track record is there. You will hear your exact number on the call, with the arithmetic behind it.
Questions clinics ask about this treatment
Why is the cost per request higher than your laser campaigns?
Because the treatment value is roughly ten times higher and the buyer is far more considered. £9.13 for a request against a £499 treatment is a materially better trade than €6.53 against a discounted single session.
Do you run this outside the UK?
Yes. The campaign above ran in London; the same structure runs in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Switzerland, with the ad copy written in the local language.
My results are subtle. Can you still advertise it?
Yes, and subtlety is usually the selling point rather than the problem. Most of this audience specifically does not want an obvious result. What we will not do is imply a surgical outcome, which is the fastest way to generate refund requests.
Other treatments we run campaigns for
These are examples, not the full list. If you offer a treatment that isn't here, ask us on the call.
Thirty minutes. You'll leave with a number.
We work out what an enquiry currently costs you, how many you're losing to slow replies, and what that's worth over a year. You get that written up whether or not we work together.
