Treatment campaign · Skin Rejuvenation & Acne
Acne and skin enquiries are the most emotional you will receive.
Handled carelessly, this treatment damages people and your reviews. Handled properly, it produces your longest-retained clients.

Two distinct groups. Younger acne clients, often late teens to late twenties, frequently with a parent involved in the decision and the payment. And older clients treating pigmentation, dullness and sun damage. They share almost nothing except the treatment room, and advertising to them as one audience wastes most of your budget.
The objection that costs you the booking: "I have tried everything already."
By the time an acne client enquires with a clinic, she has usually spent years and a lot of money on products, possibly on prescription medication, and has been disappointed repeatedly. Her question is not what the treatment costs. It is why this will be different. This enquiry is unusually fragile: a slow, generic or clinical-sounding reply reads as dismissal and she disengages permanently.
The longest course in beauty.
Meaningful acne and pigmentation work runs over months, not weeks, frequently combining in-clinic treatment with retail homecare. That produces genuinely high lifetime value and, when the result lands, the strongest word-of-mouth of any treatment on your menu. This is the category where visible transformations get talked about unprompted.
Advertise carefully. This one has rules and a duty of care.
Meta prohibits advertising that targets or implies personal attributes including physical condition, which makes "struggling with acne?" style copy a policy problem as well as a tonal one. Effective campaigns here speak to the outcome she wants rather than the condition she has. There is also a genuine responsibility not to promise clearance you cannot deliver. Severe cases need a dermatologist, and saying so builds more trust than any advertisement.
Autumn and winter are strongest, when reduced sun exposure makes peels and resurfacing appropriate. Acne demand is steadier year-round with a rise around exam periods and before summer.
What these numbers are, and what they are not
Every figure above is an appointment request: a real person who saw the ad, filled in the form, and confirmed what they wanted. It is not a booked, attended, paid appointment, and we don't report it as one. Closing the gap between enquiry and chair is what we are hired to do, which is why established clients get a number of booked appointments in writing, not a number of clicks or leads.
A number in writing, not a hope
Before you start, we agree what your first 90 days should bring, based on your treatments, your advertising budget and what your calendar can hold. For established clinics, open a year or more with good reviews, that number is a guarantee: a minimum of booked appointments. If we miss it, our management fee stops until we reach it, and everything keeps running. You keep your ad account, your client data and every booking. Clinics open less than a year get a written target range and a three-month start, and move to the guarantee once the track record is there. You will hear your exact number on the call, with the arithmetic behind it.
Questions clinics ask about this treatment
Can I advertise acne treatment on Meta at all?
Yes, but the copy has to speak to the outcome rather than name the condition. Meta restricts advertising that implies personal physical attributes. This is a common reason clinic ads get rejected without an obvious explanation.
Should I target teenagers?
You target the person who pays and decides, which is frequently a parent. The creative and the message differ substantially, and running one campaign at both wastes a large share of the budget.
What about clients we cannot help?
They get told honestly and referred on. A severe case that needs medical dermatology is not a booking worth chasing, and handling it properly earns you the referrals around it.

Thirty minutes. You'll leave with a number.
We work out what an enquiry currently costs you, how many you're losing to slow replies, and what that's worth over a year. You get that written up whether or not we work together.
